David Hong began his coffee career as a production assistant at a local coffee roaster in Seattle by accident. With a series of good timing and luck he was knighted as the Coffee Director for 3 kingdoms (Seattle, Portland, and New York). During that era, he quickly learned the ancient art of buying, cupping, grading, and blending coffees. Know days David has retired his sword to master the ninja skill as a green coffee trader. With this new strength he found his passion working with the growers directly and connecting the producers to specialty coffee roasters.
